Monkey Kung Fu

Monkey Kung Fu is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice. Monkey Kung Fu is based on harnessing your qi (or chi) energy. The fundamental breath work is highly effective at moving the Qi energy to all corners of the body. The workout itself involves a series of calisthenic exercises moving all the body's joints, engaging all levels, muscle and meridian structures. A workout is typically 1 hour long, followed by 10-15 minutes of group and/or individual stretching (pictured left). We love to jam some awesome tunes, laugh and play around while we workout! It's truly a pleasure and possibility for any age or fitness level to join the fun! Anthony has been practicing Monkey Kung Fu with teacher Sifu Shane Tucker in Atlanta, GA for several years.
